Forte Village

Forte Village Resort has occupied its place on Sardinia's southern coastline since 1970, and in the intervening decades has grown into one of the Mediterranean's most celebrated resort destinations — a self-contained village of eight hotels, 13 private villas, and 40 suites spread across 116 acres of tropical landscaping and pine forest.

The resort's beach has been ranked among the top 25 in the world by Forbes Magazine — a stretch of fine white sand lapped by water so clear it renders the bottom visible at considerable depth. It is the kind of beach that guests return for year after year, and which has made Forte Village the defining luxury family destination in the western Mediterranean.

The culinary offering is among the most ambitious of any resort in Europe. Twenty-one restaurants range from informal poolside dining to the table of Massimiliano Mascia, whose two Michelin stars have been awarded for cooking of extraordinary precision and regional integrity. Further gastronomic programming includes cooking academies, wine tastings, and a dedicated programme of visiting chefs.

The wellness and sports infrastructure matches the scale of the resort. Eleven swimming pools, including an aquapark and heated infinity pools, coexist with 12 tennis courts, football pitches, and the Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa — a facility built around six seawater soaking pools of varying temperature, salinity, and mineral content.
